Experience Requirement:

a. Minimum 02 years of post qualification experience in Combined Cycle Power Project/Plant with installed capacity of 100 MW or more in Design, Construction or Operation & Maintenance

b. The experience will be counted only if the candidate has worked on the direct rolls of the organization responsible for construction or Operation & Maintenance.

c. Accordingly, experience will be considered based on the salary disbursed by the company and to be substantiated by Salary Slip, Bank Account and Form-16.

Graduate Engineer from recognized University/ Institution.

Experience Profile: 

a) Applicant should have adequate and in-depth experience of distribution at senior level of management in large organization of repute in the energy sector.

b) The applicant must have experience of at least 23 years in power sector including 10 years in Distribution.

c) The applicant must on the date of application, as well as on the date of interview be employed in a regular capacity and not in contractual/adhoc capacity in any of the CPSE including Subsidiaries/JV of CPSE, Central Govt./State Govt., State Public Sector Enterprises/Private Sector.

d) Applicant from CPSE should have worked for at least 10 years or above in the pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000.

e) Applicants from State Govt./State PSUs should have worked for at least 10 years or above in Superintendent Engineer and above level.

f) Applicant from Private Sector should be at senior management level.

g) Applicant should have adequate experience of developing and expanding distribution business and should have very good understanding of commercial and financial aspect of electricity distribution including knowledge of regulations.
