Monthly Salary Details for Lead Consultant:

The Lead Consultant will be paid a consolidated fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month. Eligibility and Qualification for Lead Consultant Post in BHEL Delhi Recruitment

Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Discipline. Masters in Engineering is desirable.

Experience (as on 01st of March, 2022):

Any retired executive (BHEL equivalent grade of E9 Level for Lead Consultant) from PSUs/Autonomous Organizations/Central/State Government/ Members of National Level Professional Institutions or a Private Sector* Organization meeting following eligibility criteria can apply: *Private Sector mentioned above is a company where the annual turnover is Rs 10,000 Crs or more. (Average audited annual turnover of last 3 financial years)

Experience: (Specifications):

A) The applicant should have overall at least 25 years of work experience spanning across large Manufacturing Division and Power Sector in the area of Erection, Commissioning, Technical Services, General Management, Construction management & Execution, Service after Sales, Troubleshooting (Thermal, Hydro and Gas Projects), Condition Monitoring, PG Testing (Specifically of Thermal Plants), etc. Out of the above, further experience as indicated in Clause B is required.

B1) The applicant should have at least 5 years’ experience at a large manufacturing division with experience in Manufacturing/ Testing a major product

B2) (i) The applicant should have at least 20 years in Trouble Shooting / commissioning of Thermal Power Projects with at least 5 years in supercritical Thermal Power Projects area.

(ii) The applicant should also have at least 2 years’ experience as In-charge or Head of Unit / division or equivalent position handling various aspects of Power Sector.

(iii) Wide Experience of commissioning / Trouble shooting of Thermal, Hydro and Gas Power Projects.

(C) In addition, the applicant should have Knowledge of Flexible Operation of Thermal Power Plants.

c) Out of the experience at b) above, the applicant should have at least 4-year experience in senior position of not less than the rank of General Manager (E8) or equivalent level in CPSE or Govt. Organisation or at the rank of HOD in Private Sector organization with expertise in Project Management.
