The Planning Department is responsible for preparation of Five Year Plan and Annual Plans of NCT of Delhi for the subjects within the jurisdiction of Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
The implementation of the respective plans is carried out by different departments of GNCTD, Local Bodies and Autonomous Organizations under Government of Delhi. The Planning Department has also the responsibility of the management of Planning and Statistical Cadre of Govt. of Delhi.
