16 years of experience in a chemical factory, including 5 years in a managerial position with expertise in plant operation and maintenance. Preference for project implementation experience.

Additional General Manager (Finance) (E-5):

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant.
14 years post-qualification experience, including 4 years in a senior managerial role in a manufacturing unit with a turnover of Rs.500 crores.

Manager (Marketing) (E-2):

2-year Post Graduate Degree in Agri Business Management/Master in Agri. Sciences.
5 years post-qualification experience in marketing/sales of pesticides/seeds/agri inputs, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Manager (Finance) (E-2):

Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or MBA (Finance).
5 years post-qualification experience for CA/CMA, 6 years for CA (Inter), or 7 years for ICWA (Inter) in Financial & Cost Accounting, Internal Audit, with 2 years in a responsible capacity.

Manager (HR & Admin.) (E-2):

2-year MBA/Master’s Degree/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management & Labor Welfare with 60% marks.
Knowledge of MS Office mandatory.
5 years post-qualification experience, including 2 years in a responsible capacity in Industry/PSU/Govt.
