Principal (Programme Monitoring Unit-Skill Development) – 01
Way of Selection for Principal jobs in Delhi Tourism Department:
Selection will be based on the Credibility of Candidate in Interview.
Required Age for Principal vacancies:
For above post Candidates age should not be less than 21 years & should not be more than 35 years.
Pay Scale :- Pay Scale PB-4, Rs. 37,400-67,000/- + GP Rs. 8700/-Per Month
Necessary Qualification for Principal:
Deputation (including short term contract)/Absorption Officers under the Central/State Governments/ specialized Institutes Atal Bihari Vajpai Institute of Mountaineering and Allied sports, Manali; Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Darjeeling; Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi; Jawahar lal Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Pahalgam; Jammu and Kashmir, High Altitude Warfare School, Gulmarg;
(I) (A) Holding analogues posts in the parent cadre/Department on Regular basis, or
(B) With Five years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 7600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/Department; and
(II) Possessing the following educational qualification and experience,
(A) Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
(B) Ten Year experience of conducting water and snow ski, mountaineering trekking and other adventure sports.
For Armed Forces, Deputation/Re-employment: The Armed Forces Personnel of the rank of Lieutnent Colonel/ Colonel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite experience and qualification shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter, they may be continued on re-employment.
Way of Applying for Principal jobs in Tourism Department Delhi:
a) It is requested that names of suitable officers who are eligible and willing and can be spared may be recommended to this Ministry within two months of its publication in the employment news alongwith following documents and particulars in the prescribed proforma:-
1. Photocopies of complete and upto date CR dossiers for the last five years duly attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary.
2. A statement showing major/ minor penalties imposed, if any upon the officer during the last 10 years on his service; or
3. A certificate to the effect that no major/minor penalty has been imposed upon his/her during the said period.
4. Cadre clearance.
5. Vigilance clearance
6. Integrity certificate
7. Details of Court Cases
b) Applications not received through proper channel or received after the last date or without date or incomplete in any respect such as those not accompanied by the above mentioned documents will be liable to rejection and not further correspondence will be made in this regard. The Cadre Controlling Authority may ascertain that the particulars of the nominated officers are correct as per the service records and meeting the eligibility criteria.
