Essential Qualification:
For post 1 candidates should have acquired IInd class Masters Degree, B.Ed or equivalent Degree, 5 years regular service as Assistant Commissioner.
For post 2 candidates should have acquired Masters Degree, B.Ed or equivalent Degree.
For post 3 candidates should have acquired Graduation.

Essential Qualification:
For Post I candidates should have acquired Two years Integrated PG in M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject or Master Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject and B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
For Post II candidates should have acquired Four years integrated Degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate or Bachelor Degree with atleast50% marks in the concerned subject and Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II, conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
For Post III candidates should have acquired Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose with Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.
